Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Pink Walls.

We hope you are very happy with your rug, however if you do wish to return your rug we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or within 28 days for a credit.

It is recommended that a tracked method of returning the rug is used. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the rug.

All returns must be unused and in the same condition in which the rug/s was received and be in the original packaging.  We recommend that you package your rug carefully to protect it during transit and to use a recorded delivery method.  Please include a copy of your invoice in the return.  Your return will then be refunded, exchanged or credited.

We package all of our rugs with love and care but in the event of receiving a damaged rug please contact us immediately.

As soon as your return is received, we will let you know if a refund is approved and aim to process this within 14 days of receipt of the rug.
